Terms of service

These terms cover weeklyblue.com, the written prices we send from it, and weekly pool care once you say yes.

Revised 10/26/2026

Weekly Blue, fall 2026

Weekly Blue is a pool-care service launching in the Las Vegas valley in fall 2026. Weekly service starts only after you reply “yes” to a written price with a start date, and your first bill comes after your first visit.

Free to ask

Requesting a price, checking a ZIP or signing up for our one-note list costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Billing starts only once you’ve said yes to a written price, and weekly care is billed after the visits happen.

Plans, prices and launch timing may still shift. If a shift affects you, an email from us arrives first. If Weekly Blue never opens for business, we’ll tell you and erase your information.

What a weekly visit includes

We look after home pools built into the ground in our 36 service ZIPs. Every week your tech skims the surface, empties the skimmer and pump baskets, brushes the walls, steps and tile line, vacuums when the floor needs it, tests free chlorine, pH and alkalinity (stabilizer, calcium and salt once a month), adds the routine chemicals the readings call for, checks filter pressure, the pump, the timer and the equipment pad for leaks, photographs the gate closed and sends your Visit Ticket.

Routine chemicals are chlorine (liquid or tablets), muriatic acid, alkalinity increaser, calcium when the readings call for it, and stabilizer top-ups.

Outside the plan: equipment repairs or replacement (pumps, motors, filters and cartridges, heaters, timers, automation, lights, plaster, tile and decking), which a licensed Nevada pool contractor quotes and bills directly; salt, phosphate remover, enzymes and rescue chemicals (covered by rescue pricing); acid washes, drain-and-refill, calcium scale removal, leak detection and covers; HOA, apartment and commercial pools, above-ground pools, fountains and ponds. We always ask before anything that costs extra.

Rates by size and season

One plan, priced by pool size and season. The winter rate applies to visits from November 1 through March 31, the summer rate from April 1 through October 31, and the switch happens on its own. Your written price shows both rates. Per month:

  • Compact pool, up to about 400 sq ft of water: $109 winter, $139 summer
  • Standard pool, 400 to 600 sq ft: $119 winter, $154 summer
  • Big pool, over 600 sq ft: $139 winter, $179 summer
  • Add-ons: attached spa +$15, separate spa +$30, trees or open desert next to the pool +$15
  • One-time: filter clean $95 (cartridge) or $125 (DE); extra visit $49
  • Green pool rescue: $195 light green (floor visible), $295 green (floor not visible), from $395 dark green or black, final after a photo. It includes rescue chemicals, up to three visits in seven days and one filter clean; a drain, if needed, is quoted separately.

The posted price is the price

Every price on this website stands for any request sent while that price is on the page. A written price can differ only when the pool turns out to be different from what you told us, for example a bigger size or a rescue needed first, and the email will explain why.

Bills come after visits

Your first bill shows up after your first visit, once your first Visit Ticket has arrived, as a secure invoice link payable by card or bank transfer. From then on we bill on the 1st of each month for the previous month’s visits. A partial month is prorated per visit at the monthly price divided by 4.33, and never comes to more than one month. Card details are never collected on this website, and requesting a price is free.

Credits for missed weeks and missing tickets

No ticket, no charge: if a visit’s Visit Ticket (photos plus readings) doesn’t arrive within 24 hours, that visit is credited at your monthly price divided by 4.33.

Missed week: credited the same way, unless access was blocked (for example a locked gate or dogs loose in the yard) or you skipped the week.

Credits land on your next bill automatically. You don’t need to ask.

Green on our watch

After your first 30 days, if the water turns green while the equipment runs normally, the rescue is free.

Exclusions: equipment failure or a power outage, the pump switched off, storm or flood debris, refills or drains, and chemicals added by someone else. We don’t promise outcomes we can’t control.

Stopping service

Service is month to month. One email to us, or the link in any invoice, stops service after that week. The final bill covers completed visits only. There’s no fee and no notice period.

12-month price hold

Your quoted winter and summer rates hold for 12 months from your start date. A written price is good for 30 days; after that we’ll re-quote it on request.

Who works on your pool

Independent local pool techs who pass our checks do the weekly visits, and your written price names who will do the work before you commit. Anything that legally needs a license, such as repairing equipment, goes to a licensed Nevada pool contractor instead.

Limits on our liability

weeklyblue.com is provided as is. So far as Nevada law allows, Weekly Blue isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Consumer protection law still gives you every right it gives you today.
