Proof after every visit
Your Visit Ticket arrives by email after each visit: photos, your readings next to their targets, what went in the water and a note from your tech.

Questions
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, and one email ends it.
Which chemicals are included?
The routine ones: chlorine, acid, alkalinity and calcium adjusters, stabilizer top-ups. Salt, phosphate remover and rescue chemicals cost extra, and we ask first.
Does someone have to be home?
No. Just a way into the yard and a heads-up about dogs.
Who does the work?
Independent local techs we screen. Their first name is on every Visit Ticket.
Do you fix equipment?
No. Repairs are licensed work in Nevada. When the equipment check spots trouble, you get a photo and a note, and {{PARTNER_NAME}}, a licensed Nevada pool contractor (license {{PARTNER_LICENSE}}), can quote the fix directly. Your call either way.
Green pool?
We rescue it before weekly care starts: $195 for light green, $295 for green, and from $395 for dark green or black, final after a photo. Every rescue includes the chemicals, up to three visits in seven days and a filter clean. If draining is the smarter fix, we quote it before anything happens.
Why does winter cost less?
Cold water uses far less chlorine and algae slows down, so the chemical bill drops, and we pass that on. Visits stay weekly because fall leaves, filter pressure and the odd freezing night still need someone looking. Summer rates start April 1.
Where do you go?
Henderson; Summerlin and the west side; the Southwest, from Spring Valley to Mountain’s Edge, Southern Highlands and Silverado Ranch; and North Las Vegas and Centennial Hills.

Promises we put in the terms
- No ticket, no charge. A visit without photos and readings is credited.
- Missed week? Credited automatically.
- Green on our watch? After your first 30 days, if the water turns green while your equipment runs normally, the rescue is on us.
- Leave whenever. One email stops service after that week. No fee.
