Privacy policy
Plain version first: what you send us is used to price your pool and run your weekly visits. Nobody buys it from us, and a single email to hello@weeklyblue.com gets it erased.
Revised 10/26/2026
What lands in our inbox
Everything on this list reaches us because you typed it, or because it rode along in the link you clicked to get here.
- Form answers: first name, email, street address, ZIP, an optional phone number, and what you told us about the pool, the spa and the water
- Pool and equipment-pad pictures, only if you attach them
- The first page you saw here, plus campaign tags such as utm_source and any ad click ID tucked into that link
- Cookie-free page-view counts that know roughly which country you’re in and whether you’re on a phone or a laptop
Yard photos
Pictures of the pool and the equipment pad let us confirm the size and catch anything that deserves a second look. The photos on a Visit Ticket show water, equipment and a shut gate; people aren’t the subject.
They’re stored privately. Only the tech on your route sees them, plus the contractor quoting a repair you asked about. Your backyard stays out of our advertising unless you say yes in writing.
Why we keep it
To work out your price and answer you; to run the weekly visits after your yes; to email you about this request and nothing else; to keep a paper trail of what we promised; and to judge which ads and pages are pulling their weight.
Email only, no texts
Written prices, Visit Tickets and invoices travel by email. We don’t text. If you leave a phone number, it’s for gate and access questions on visit day, full stop.
Our visit counter
Page views are tallied by a small counter Weekly Blue runs on weeklyblue.com. It sets zero cookies, can’t pick you out on any other site, and no outside company collects your browsing history through these pages. There’s nothing else watching either: no advertising pixels, no chat window, no tool that records your scrolling or taps.
Ads and the server ping
Clicked one of our ads, then asked for a price? In that case Weekly Blue’s server may pass one line to the ad network, saying a pool owner got in touch, which is how we judge whether the ad earned its keep. That line holds the bare minimum, and it stays unsent if your browser runs Global Privacy Control or if “Do not share my info” is on (see the switch below).
The short list of helpers
A few vendors help run Weekly Blue, each one signed to a contract limiting its use of your details. Once you say yes to a written price, the independent tech assigned to your pool sees what the visit needs. Weekly Blue doesn’t sell personal information. None of it goes toward cross-context behavioral advertising.
The vendors, as of the revision date:
- An email service for written prices, Visit Tickets and invoices
- Web hosting on United States servers
- A payment company that hosts our invoice pages once your first visit is done (card numbers never pass through this website)
- A messaging tool that alerts our team to new requests
Two years, then gone
Request records live in Weekly Blue’s files for 24 months at most; after that each one is deleted or made anonymous. If Weekly Blue ever closes, everybody on our list gets a goodbye email first, and within 30 days their personal information is deleted for good.
Do not share my info
Email hello@weeklyblue.com and we’ll show you everything Weekly Blue holds about you, correct it, or delete it, your pick. Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser counts as a standing request that Weekly Blue never sell or share your information, with no email needed for that one. Apart from the promises on this page, “Do Not Track” signals don’t change how the site behaves.
Flip the switch below to keep requests from this browser out of ad measurement.
Do not share my info from this browser
When it’s on, a request sent from this browser is never reported to an ad platform.
Without JavaScript, email us and we’ll record your choice for you.
Nevada residents
Under Nevada law (NRS 603A), residents may tell a website operator not to sell certain personal information. We don’t sell anyone’s personal information. To put that request on file anyway, email hello@weeklyblue.com; written confirmation follows within 60 days.
Grown-ups only
Weekly Blue serves adults with a pool to care for, and it doesn’t knowingly take in details about anyone younger than 16.
